A model claims she had an affair Kanye West when his current pregnant girlfriend Kim Kardashian had only just discovered she having the hip hop star’s baby.

Leyla Ghobadi told Star magazine she first had sex with West after he spotted her in the crowd at his concert in Atlantic City on July 6 and approached her saying he wanted to “hook up”.

Ghobadi, a bikini model who looks strikingly similar to Kardashian, said West got a stagehand to invite her backstage after seeing her dancing to his song ‘Mercy’.

Star magazine reported video of the concert showed West talking to a crew member after performing the song.

Ghobadi said West invited her back to his hotel room but she refused.

He then invited her and her friend to his concert the following night and gave them backstage passes, she claimed.

He told me . . . he wanted to ‘hook up,’ but I was concerned that he was seeing Kim Kardashian,” she said.

“He told me that [the relationship] was for publicity and nothing serious.”

The 24-year-old said she eventually agreed to go to West’s hotel and they had sex.

Kanye West’s rep has spoken out regarding a tabloid story featuring a French-Canadian model who claims she’s been carrying on a relationship with the rapper for nearly a year.

“This most recent attack on Kanye West and his family is totally without merit,” the rep said in a statement to Access Hollywood on Wednesday. “It’s a blatant attempt by a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity, and another in a series of malicious stories drummed up by non-credible ‘news’ sources.”

Ghobadi responded to claims she was lying in order to increase her public profile by insisting that she didn’t do anything wrong.

However she admitted that she could have handled the situation more sensitively.

“Maybe I went about this the wrong way but how else am I meant to get thru to her? I am NOT the bad guy in this situation. nothing more 2 say.”

“Sorry,” she wrote on Twitter. “Maybe I went about this the wrong way but how else am I meant to get thru to her? I am NOT the bad guy in this situation, nothing more 2 say.

“The woman will always get the blame for everything huh. You think it’s that easy to get in contact with her?”
